MANAGEMENT REFLECTIONS TODAY
😔😔 Today I want to share some reflections about some professional episodes that really upsetted me. A thing that I noticed is that often the not efficient managers use in their written and not written communication the following phrases: "I don't know"... "I forgot"... "Probably...but..." "I get confused". Furthermore they don't reply to their texts or their emails, just because they are "pissed" with the clients or just because they are doing something of more important. I really think that a client is never more important than another one. The one buying a little door today, could be the same buying a castle tomorrow. In my opinion these people don't deserve the job they have. These people need to go back to school or to the "good old days" of a not paid internship and learn again! "I don't know" has to become "Let's study in deep, together", "I forgot" should b...
